On June 11, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a statement notifying stakeholders that three new companies have been added to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced the expansion of the Beta Pilot for E-filing consumer product safety certificate data in ACE in a June 4 Federal Register notice.

The Americans for Free Trade (AFT), of which NCBFAA is a member, asked the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) in a June 6 letter to extend the public comment period on a May 28 Federal Register notice regarding proposed changes to the ongoing Section 301 China tariffs actions from 30 days to at least 60 days.
