NCBFAA Annual Conference

The NCBFAA Annual Conference, hosted in the spring in various locations around the U.S., brings together over 500 of the nation's leading customs brokers, freight forwarders and federal regulatory representatives to gain insight into industry developments and to connect with colleagues. The 2025 NCBFAA Annual Conference will take place April 6-9 at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, AZ.  

By attending the NCBFAA Annual Conference, you have the opportunity to:

  • Learn from NCBFAA subject matter experts how to overcome industry challenges before your competitors do
  • Hear from Federal, state and industry experts about the latest issues affecting your business
  • Discover new products and services that can help your bottom line in the Exhibitor Market Place
  • Network with industry representatives from around the country

All NCBFAA Regular, Affiliate, and Associate Members are invited to attend the Annual Conference and GAC, as well as those nonmembers who are eligible for NCBFAA Regular, Associate, or Affiliate membership.

If your company is not an NCBFAA member and you would like to attend a conference or event, please feel free to check with us regarding eligibility.

Please note that individuals, importers, exporters and manufacturers are not eligible for NCBFAA membership, and therefore their employees are not able to attend NCBFAA events like the Annual Conference and Government Affairs Conference.

Individuals, importers, exporters and manufacturers are eligible to be NEI Professional or Corporate Members, and are invited to attend various NEI webinars and participate in G.TEC, as well as NEI Case Studies, to obtain the required CEUs throughout the year.


Government Affairs Conference (GAC)

The GAC takes place every fall in Washington, D.C. and is your opportunity to connect with members of Congress on the issues that face our industry today. The 2025 GAC Conference will take place September 7-9, 2025.  

By attending the GAC, you will have the chance to: 

  • Attend timely sessions hosted by our nation's most respected industry experts
  • Advocate for the issues that greatly affect our industry today
  • Network with industry representatives from around the country

All NCBFAA Regular, Affiliate, and Associate Members are invited to attend the Annual Conference and GAC, as well as those nonmembers who are eligible for NCBFAA Regular, Associate, or Affiliate membership.

If your company is not an NCBFAA member and you would like to attend a conference or event, please feel free to check with us regarding eligibility.

GTEC 2023 Session Oklahoma

10th Annual Global Trade Educational Conference (G▪TEC )

The 2024 10th Annual G▪TEC  Conference is from July 28th to July 30th at the Intercontinental Magnificent Mile Hotel in Chicago, IL. G▪TEC will give customs brokers, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, OTI, service providers, importers, exporters, and all global logistics professionals an opportunity to update themselves on industry developments and connect with colleagues new and old.

All trade professionals, regardless of membership or affiliation, are invited to join us to:

  • Learn from industry subject matter experts on today’s pressing matters!
  • Get an opportunity to voice your questions to industry experts about the latest issues affecting your business!
  • Acquire fresh ideas by networking with business colleagues and meeting new people!
