NCBFAASA membership is open to all members of NCBFAA
Members range in size from companies with a few employees to members that employ hundreds of people
Must be an NVOCC or be listed as an affiliate on the contracts in order to book cargo
The Association acts as a liaison between the member and carriers for rate requests, rates being filed, misrated bills, or any other issue where the member may need service
Problems or member concerns are elevated to the highest level within the service provider’s company. The majority of issues are resolved within 24 - 48 hours
We spend the time resolving the issue so members can focus on growing their business
Individual member rewards can vary from a few hundred dollars to over $5,000. Not only are NCBFAASA members saving on their freight costs, they are benefiting from a refund
