Hotel & Travel Information

The Omni Hotel is approximately 10 miles from the Will Rogers World Airport (OKC). The Omni Hotel does NOT offer an airport shuttle. If transportation is needed from the Will Rogers World Airport, please contact Airport Express at (405) 681-3311 to schedule a pick up. They are 24 hours and you can find them located near the baggage claim area at the Airport. You can also use a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft. The room rate that has been secured for our Conference attendees is $189 + fees ([City Occupancy/State/Local tax, 14.125%] $26.70 = $215.70 per night. Scissortail Park in Oklahoma City

Scissortail Park 

No matter what you choose to do at the new downtown park, you’re bound to have a good time. Scissortail Park is open from 6 am-11 pm daily, with the Children’s Park area closing at dusk. The park will feature a plethora of native prairie grasses, lush flower gardens and tree-lined walkways, so explore all the foliage by taking a stroll through the 40-acre park. For adventure seekers, head to the boathouse on Scissortail Lake to rent pedal boats or catch a concert on the Great Lawn at the six-acre outdoor venue.
