Spouse/Guest FAQs & Program Highlights:

How can a registered Spouse/Guest participate?

Registered Spouse/Guests are invited to attend all social events (please note that Spouse/Guest attendees are not able to attend educational/industry-related sessions or work in Exhibitor booths). Those who have joined NCBFAA for past Conferences know that the special friendships made during the Spouse/Guest events are memorable, as veteran attendees focus on meeting new attendees and helping them enjoy all that San Antonio and the Conference have to offer. There are Spouse/Guest activities each day, and all are encouraged to attend every evening function.

Where else can spouses and guests get together?

On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., there will be a reserved table at the hotel restaurant, Cibolo Moon, for spouses and guests to gather. From Sunday - Wednesday, the NCBFAA Hospitality Area will be open various hours for spouses and guests to enjoy and relax.

What programs are available for Spouse/Guests to register for?

• Sunday: Golf tournament (additional cost - $125 [Regular Member discounted rate]; $150 [General registration rate])  |OR| Sunday: San Antonio Riverwalk & Alamo Tour (additional cost - $75  *Space limited; subject to cancellation if minimum numbers not met)
• Sunday - Wednesday: NCBFAA Hospitality Area (various hours)
• Monday: Spouse/Guest Meet & Greet
• Monday: Spouse/Guest President's Reception, hosted by Maribel Powell
• Monday - Wednesday: Breakfast at Cibolo Moon
• Tuesday: Spa Day ($75 spa credit provided; additional fees may apply)  | OR | Tuesday: Mosaic Art Class
• Wednesday: Shared Pool Cabana

This year's Golf Tournament will take place at the TPC San Antonio golf course, located onsite at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. Please note that there will be no registration cancellations or additional registrations accepted after March 21^st and there will be no changes in golf foursomes after March 26^th.

Experience the essence of San Antonio in a thrilling adventure that includes cruising and strolling. Glide through the city on a private Go Rio River barge cruise, uncovering its history with a guided narration. Afterwards, head on over to visit the iconic Alamo, steeped in Texas history. Here guests will get a narrated tour and interpretation of the battle, before heading inside and experience the complex themselves. This is the best opportunity to experience the number one and number two most visited attractions in Texas, The Alamo and The Riverwalk.

We will provide all of the information you could want to know about the San Antonio area, to help you make the most out of your stay, as well as a welcome mimosa to start off the Annual Conference. There will also be a raffle. You must be present to win the raffle.

This is a chance to meet and socialize with other Spouses/Guests. This year, we will be featuring a salsa-making demonstration in the Presidential Suite.
