STR Webinar: Filing a Voluntary Self-Disclosure with the U.S. Census Bureau for Errors in the U.S. Export Filing
The U.S. export filing process is an important part of overall export compliance. This webinar will discuss how to review export filings for errors and what to do when errors are found, including how and when to file a voluntary self-disclosure (VSD) with Census. The Trade Regulations Branch of the Census Bureau has updated the VSD process through the release of a new form for VSDs in March 2025. This webinar will include discussion of this form in relation to the overall export filing process.
