CBP: Detroit Field Office Trade Day 2026
U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Detroit Field Office Trade Day 2026
U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations – Detroit Field Office will be hosting the 15th Annual Trade Day at Huntington Place on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The registration table will be open starting at 7:30 a.m. with hall doors opening at 8:00 a.m.
This event shall provide the trade community and those interested in the importing/exporting process an opportunity to interact with CBP personnel, Detroit Field Office trade staff and a multitude of representatives from Partner Government Agencies (PGA). Trade Day 2026 will provide participants with the opportunity to communicate one-on-one with government representatives who are responsible for enforcing various trade laws while still processing/facilitating trade.
Demonstrations and formal presentations shall be given throughout the day providing information on current programs and policies relating to the import and export of merchandise. An agenda listing presentations shall be provided to registered attendees as the event date approaches. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions as they will have access to presenters who will be able to address a multitude of inquires including, but not limited to, policies, procedures, current initiatives, and regulations relating to trade operations.
Advance registration for this free, in-person event shall be open until August 7, 2026 at Trade Day Registration or via the QR code attached below.
