The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA Fisheries) released its seafood Action Plan after an intensive, year-long review of the Seafood Import Monitoring Program (SIMP). NOAA relied on feedback from a broad range of stakeholders, including several robust sessions with customs brokers on the NCBFAA Regulatory Agencies Committee (RAC).
