The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) staff on Dec. 4 presented to the Commissioners a final rule on e-filing of Certificates of Compliance for imports of consumer products. The Commission is expected to approve the rule in a vote scheduled for Dec. 18. The final rule will then take effect one-year after it is published in the Federal Register.
