The International Longshoremen’s Association (ILA) maritime workers union is publicly contemplating a labor walkout at all Atlantic and Gulf Coast Ports – as soon as October 1, 2024 – in connection with unresolved contract negotiations with the United States Maritime Alliance, Ltd.
