  • PMA, ILWU Point Fingers Over Reported Port Disruptions

  • Export Manifest in ACE Production Deployment Started June 8

    Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on June 8 scheduled an ACE Production deployment for the Ocean Electronic Export Manifest. The deployment included the release of the new Informational Response Message 610 - Empty Vessel (Departure Message – No bill associated to that vessel).

  • CBP Guidance on Section 301 China COVID Product Exclusion Extensions

    Customs and Border Protection (CBP) provided the trade with a memorandum that includes guidance on the 16-day transition period for all 81 medical-care product COVID exclusions, extending them through May 31, 2023, and the further extension of 77 of the COVID exclusions through Sept. 30, 2023.
