   New Tariffs - We will discuss the various legal mechanisms that President Trump used and threatens to use to impose new tariffs and actions Congress might take to impose new tariffs.  
•                     De Minimis changes - We will discuss the impact of the executive order excluding products of China and Hong Kong from de minimis, the two NPRMs published on de minimis, potential legislation to limit or eliminate de minimis and possible actions by foreign governments to eliminate or limit the use of de minimis.
