Headquartered in the Washington DC metro area, the NCBFAA represents more than 1422+ member companies with 110,000 employees in international trade - the nation's leading freight forwarders, customs brokers, ocean transportation intermediaries (OTIs), NVOCCs and air cargo agents, serving more than 250,000 importers and exporters. The Association’s members handle more than 97% of the entries for goods imported into the United States and are directly involved with the logistics of these goods. Further, members operating as OTIs are involved with approximately 80 to 85% of all exports from the United States.

  • NCBFAA Customs Committee Monitors Recent IEEPA Tariff Changes and Updates

    The NCBFAA Customs Committee and Counsel of Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., continue to provide our customs broker members with the latest details regarding tariff changes resulting from the implementation of the U.S.-Korea Strategic Trade and Investment Deal, as well as the latest Customs and Border Protection (CBP) IEEPA guidance and FAQ updates. The Committee will continue sending our members Trump Administration tariff updates and subsequent CBP guidance, as soon as received.

The South Florida District Export Council in collaboration with the U.S. Commercial Service is organizing a conference to help U.S. companies access opportunities across this important region.

U.S. - Caribbean Business Conference participants will receive up-to-date market intelligence and help develop practical strategies for winning procurements and for exporting their goods and services.

The program will include U.S. diplomats, industry professionals, trade experts, international business experts, high-level government officials, and seasoned exporters – with plenty of opportunity for networking.

The conference is expected to attract over 500 participants from Florida and throughout the United States.
