U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Forced Labor Division is hosting a webinar on Thursday, February 15, 2023, at 1 p.m. EST titled Overview of UFLPA and Forced Labor for Small Businesses. The webinar will provide an overview of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), why eliminating goods made with forced labor from the supply chain is imperative, and an overview of the process to submit an allegation to CBP.
