"Due to unforeseen programming difficulties and the need to perform a programming update, the ability to file a claim under 19 USC 1313(c)(1)(c)(ii) (ACE provision codes 56 and 70) that include exports to Canada (CA) or Mexico (MX) will be temporarily unavailable," Customs and Border Protection said in a message to the trade on Jan. 21.
