NCBFAA plans to hold our 49th Annual Conference on May 1-4 in Tucson, Arizona, in-person, following the lead of other major industry conferences in our industry, and we have a great lineup of activities for you to attend.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) provided an updated document with instructions on communicating electronically with various areas of the agency’s operations during a recent meeting with the Los Angeles Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association. The Census Bureau’s Foreign Trade Division on Jan. 3 released its 2022 Automated Export System (AES) Concordance (Commodity Classification Files) for available use.
