Pursuant to the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA), most cosmetics manufacturing and processing companies will need to register their facilities and likewise list their products with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). To allow companies time to comply, the FDA opened its new Cosmetics Facility Registration site on Oct. 1.
