• FMC Demurrage and Detention Invoice Content Requirement Effective May 28

  The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) in a May 14 Federal Register notice announced that it has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for an information collection request related to the Feb. 26 final rule for Demurrage and Detention Billing Requirements. This rule sets May 28 as the effective date for the relevant provisions.
