ACE Account Merge Requests – Information on New Procedures

NCBFAA members should be advised that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is “permanently transitioning” to the procedures for ACE Account merge requests that were temporarily in place during the COVID- 19 pandemic.

CBP asks that ACE Account merge-request letters be emailed to the ACE Portal Account Administrator at and copy ACE Support at The request must contain a copy of the originally (by the Account Owner or Officer of the Entity) signed letter.

You may email or call CBP Technology Services to request a ServiceNow ticket for a merge.
