Coated and Laminated Garments of Headings 6113 and 6210. The webinar is part of the 2024 NCSD webinar series and will
cover how to classify garments that are coated or laminated with plastic, how
to tell if the fabric meets this classification of heading 5903, and what it
means to be “made up” for the purposes of classifying apparel within headings
6113 and 6210.
