Sponsor Terms & Conditions - Sponsorship commitment form along with a 25% deposit must be submitted before your sponsorship is reflected in pre-Conference advertising. Sponsorship gifts not listed or acknowledged on the Sponsorship Commitment Form are not recognized as actual donations towards these sponsorship packages. All attendees are asked to limit their non-sanctioned donations to distribution at their Exhibitor booths, unless authorized in writing by NCBFAA. Listed Conference sponsorship opportunities purchased prior to the Conference are ordered based on projected Conference attendee numbers, and are ultimately the property of NCBFAA. As the Conference contracts reflect, NCBFAA reserves the right to control all function venues and communication between potential sponsors and the resort facility. Attendees are prohibited from holding non-sanctioned meetings during the course of the NCBFAA Annual Conference. All attendees are reminded that, for them to enjoy the total Annual Conference experience, we request they reside at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, which is the official Conference location.
