Laurie Arnold is Vice President Compliance leading the corporate compliance department of JAS Forwarding USA, Inc. since 2007.
Laurie grew up in the transportation/logistics industry. At a very young age, she started working in her family’s business and was able to gain a wealth of knowledge that created a pathway for success.
Laurie has experience and expertise in several areas including but not limited to Customs, import, export, regulations, trucking, corporate compliance, CTPAT and more. She is a Licensed Customs Broker, and is CCS and CES certified.
Laurie is very passionate about her professional career. She is actively involved with industry related associations and is currently the Treasurer for the NCBFAA. She previously held the position of the Legislative Committee Chair for several years prior. She has held the position of COB and as President of AIFBA from 2013 until 2016. Prior to holding the title of President, she served holding the positions of Vice President and Treasurer, and Government Affairs Coordinator for the State of Georgia.
