Managing Risks: Antidumping and Countervailing Duties

NEI has approved this event for 1 CCS credit

This webinar on antidumping and countervailing duties (AD/CVD) will help U.S. importers identify key issues and best practices to manage the risks associated with those cases.

We will discuss some of the questions regarding scope, timing, and calculation that importers should be considering when facing an AD/CVD issue, including:

•  How do I know if my products are covered by an AD/CVD order?
•  When do the duties go into effect? How do AD/CVD investigations work?
•  How much duty will I have to pay? What are the key issues that affect the AD/CVD rate?
•  What can importers do to reduce, minimize, or eliminate the risk of antidumping and countervailing duties?
