Proposed Updates & Changes to Broker Regulations
U.S. Customs & Border Protection has recently issued Federal Register Notices which propose significant changes to the Customs Broker Regulations (19 CFR Part 111). The proposed changes will materially alter the manner in which customs brokers conduct their businesses and relate to both CBP and their importer clients. This webinar will outline the regulatory proposals and discuss the adjustments that are likely to be required by the customs brokerage community as well as the unresolved issues which will require further clarification.
Don't miss this important webinar, presented by Alan Klestdat and Patrick Caulfield, partners at international trade and customs firm GDLSK.
