Our North American legal team has been covering the marathon of negotiations to update NAFTA.  As we approach the finish line with legislative approval of U.S.- Mexico - Canada Agreement (USMCA) by the U.S. Congress, Mexican approval of T-MEC and Canadian approval of CUSMA--what’s next?

There will be new regulations to comply with, and there are enforceable labor and environmental provisions. USMCA provides important updates to modernize the quarter century old NAFTA, providing rules for e-commerce and digital trade, state of the art customs processes and stronger protections for intellectual property.  It also contains complex rules of origin for autos and an unprecedented labor enforcement provision called a “rapid-response mechanism” to ensure Mexican compliance with the new labor provisions.

Our speakers will address what to expect next and how you can keep up with the regulatory changes and new enforcement.  What does this mean for customs brokers and their clients? Attend this webinar to find out!
