United States antitrust law is a collection of federal and state government laws that regulates the conduct and organization of business corporations, generally to promote fair competition for the benefit of consumers. To familiarize NCBFAA members with the complexities of these regulations, NCBFAA General and Transportation Counsel Edward D. Greenberg will present an informational webinar addressing:

o Current antitrust laws that are relevant to NCBFAA Regular members;

o What constitutes permissible and impermissible conduct under those laws; and,

o Some recent examples of U.S. Department of Justice prosecutions that illustrate the type of actions that should be avoided.

Those wishing to participate in this free event are encouraged to register no later than September 26.
