IMPORTANT POLICY CHANGE
All Early Bird registrations, without exception, must be paid in full by 3/6/2013.
Failure to pay by that date will require re-registration at the higher, post-Early Bird price.

 

 NCBFAA CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a registration, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after March 29, 2013, or for nonattendance. Cancellations must be submitted via email to recp@ncbfaa.org or fax to 202-466-0226.
 Registration substitutions (for non-exhibitors) are acceptable before March 14, 2013.

8:45 AM 		For all those participating in the golf tournament, there will be a free Golf Clinic offered.
Golf Tournament Apr 7, 2013 9:00 AM -
2:00 PM 		Registration begins 7 a.m. at The Westin Mission Hills Golf Course with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Lunch will be available at the course immediately following the tournament. For all those participating in the golf tournament, there will be a 8 to 8:45 a.m. - Golf Clinic offered.
A Natural High At The Palm Springs Tramway Apr 7, 2013 10:00 AM -
12:00 PM 		Once up at the top, the Mount San Jacinto State Park and Wilderness offers 54 miles of hiking trails, which should be sufficient to satisfy the appetite of the most avid outdoor enthusiast.
Spouse/Guest Orientation Apr 8, 2013 9:00 AM -
9:45 AM 		We will be providing all the information you could want to know about the Palm Springs, CA area, to help you make the most out of your stay, as well as a welcome mamosa toast to start off the AC. There will also be a raffle, which you must be present to participate in.

2:00 PM 		NCBFAA First Lady Martha Sekin invites all Spouse/Guest attendees to a luncheon.

6:00 PM 		Registered Spouse/Guests will receive a $75 voucher towards any Treatment at The Spa at the Westin Mission Hills.
An Artful Celebrity Home Tour Apr 10, 2013 1:00 PM -
5:00 PM 		Spend the afternoon on a driving tour of the mansions of the stars along with a visit to the Palm Springs Art Museum plus optional shopping time in Downtown Palm Springs.
HAZMAT Training ONLY Apr 11, 2013 8:00 AM -
12:00 PM 		In the business of International Trade, it goes without saying that we are occasionally in the business of handling hazardous materials. From the warehouse personnel who receive the merchandise to the traffic manager who makes the transportation arrangements and prepares the required documentation, all employees should know how to properly handle these types of materials. This session is an opportunity to receive the training you need to stay safe and up to code. Participants will earn the required certificate needed to be HAZMAT certified.
