PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

 

If you would like to purchase one or two NCBFAA Annual Conference Marketplace Exhibit Booth(s) please complete this registration process. Those wishing to participate in the Annual NCBFAA Golf Tournament may do so when the option appears during the registration process; however, dual booth purchasers need to contact us if the second registrant included in the booth price wishes to golf.

 

You may also use this process to register an Exhibitor Assistant at the discounted rate (members - $650 until 3/16/12; after that $810: non- members - $700 until 3/16/12; after that $895). PLEASE NOTE: You must scroll down to the bottom of the order detail page and click the "Add Guest" button to register an Exhibitor Assistant. Exhibitors bringing a spouse/guest to the Conference may also register them through this process. Registered persons will also have the option of registering for the Golf Tournament.

ONLY REGISTER ONE EXHIBITOR ASSISTANT AT THE DISCOUNT; ANY OTHERS WILL BE DELETED BEFORE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED

Before your registration is complete you must provide the applicable bulleted items through one or more of the following methods - mail to NCBFAA Exhibitor Registration, 1200 18th Street, NW, Suite 901, Washington, DC 20036; FAX (202) 466-0226; or email to staffa@ncbfaa.org:

 

  • Required Review, sign and submit the Contract, Conditions, Rules & Regulations For Exhibitors 2012 NCBFAA Annual Conference, which can be found here.

  • Required Provide a written description of your products or services scheduled for publication in the Annual Conference Program (max 240 characters and spaces).

  • Required Select your five top booth number choices from the Exhibitor Floor Layout and submit them.

  • If golfing, provide a golf handicap for each person participating if they have one.

  • Whether you require special assistance under the Americans with Disabilities Act in order for the NCBFAA Staff to contact you.


Conference Registration

Pass Name Description
1. Exhibitor Single Booth Registrant Reserve one 8'x10' booths. Any Booth reservations received after March 16, 2012, are increased an additional $200. In addition to the amount payable herein for the use of the exhibit space, exhibitor agrees to pay, prior to the dates of the exhibit, its proportionate share of any charges incurred by NCBFAA by reason of City, County, or State requirements. Booth fee includes registrant's contribution toward the Monday Evening "Exhibitor Sponsored Happy Hour" from 5-6 pm.
2. Exhibitor Double Booth Registrant Reserve two 8'x10' booths. Any Booth reservations received after March 16, 2012, are increased an additional $200. 8:15 AM 		For all those participating in the golf tournament, there will be a free 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. - Golf Clinic offered.
Exhibitor Golf Registration Apr 22, 2012 9:00 AM -
2:00 PM 		Registration begins 6:30 a.m. at The Westin Diplomat Golf Course with a 9 a.m. shotgun start.There will be lunch and a cocktail reception available with awards distributed immediately following the tournament.
