Social Responsibility Initiative Undertaken at NCBFAA Annual Conference

      As part of her duties during the NCBFAA Annual Conference, NCBFAA First Lady Roberta Coppersmith has undertaken an initiative to support Florida’s Camillus House. Serving the Florida community since 1960, the Camillus Houseis a non-profit organization that provides humanitarian services to poor men, women and children.

      To assist the Camillus House in its worthy activities, she is asking those who are attending the Conference to consider supporting this endeavor by contributing items from the following lists:

• Toiletries: shampoo, body lotion, soap, mosquito repellent (preferably individually packaged wipes), sun block, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouth wash, razors. Usually the travel size works best for their shower programs.
• Clothing Items: Men’s white tube socks (size 10-13)
• Reading Glasses (men’s and women’s)

        Collection will be ongoing throughout the Conference, so you will have plenty of opportunity to drop off whatever merchandise you decide to contribute. No matter how much or how little you provide it will be most appreciated by the people and families served by this dedicated organization.

       For its part, Coppersmith Global Logistics is donating the latest iPad, just out, to raffle off, with all proceeds going to the Camillus House. Be sure to look for raffle tickets to purchase at the registration desk when you arrive.
