The NCBFAA Educational Institute (NEI) is offering both members and non-members a number of opportunities over the next few months. Look for new offerings each week!

Attention Certified Customs SpecialistsIf you have the 20 CEUs required for renewal eligibility, you should have received your renewal notification with instructions by now. Contact us if you haven’t. The 2010 renewal fee of $95 ($80 for MOUs) is due no later than March 3, 2010.

Webinar Schedule for 2010 to Expand - The NEI has traditionally offered the Third Thursday webinar series focusing on import issues, and introduced the First Thursday series last year to focus on export topics. Due to increasing demand and a growing list of regulatory changes and must know topics, we are expanding in the year 2010! We will now be offering 3 - 4 webinars a month. The new, more frequent Webinar series will focus on both import and export topics throughout the month, with our usual Hot Topic webinars scheduled for those issues that just can’t wait for a Thursday session.

The NEI staff is diligently working on the 2010 webinar schedule, which we expect to announce soon. If you have topics you would like to learn more about, please send them to eid@ncbfaa.org
