NCBFAA Meeting and Webinar Service Now Available

NCBFAA Meeting and Webinar Service Now Available

  • Need to hold a meeting now, but just can’t get everyone in one place at the same time?
    Take advantage of this NCBFAA online meeting service!
  • Trying to discuss important industry issues and/or documents with your colleagues, but find that you are hundreds of miles apart?
    Set up a webinar and see the documents up for discussion on your screen using the NCBFAA’s webinar service!

An NCBFAA staff member will be with you every step of the way of planning your meeting or webinar. As meeting and webinar organizers, we will send you call and log in information that you can forward to your invited participants. If you choose to hold a webinar, we will stage a practice run of the presentation in advance of your webinar, so that you may become more familiar with the tools that are at your disposal as a presenter. On the day of your meeting or webinar, we verify everything is going smoothly and address issues that may arise. At the end of your event, we will send you a performance report, which breaks down the statistics of the call (attendance record, questions asked by attendees through the chat feature, etc).

        NCBFAA has available to it an online conferencing and webinar service that our staff has been using for more than a year and, now, we invite our members and the public at large to share it with us!
        This web conferencing platform has a telephone and a web component. These two distinct elements are each designed for a particular kind of meeting.
        "Meeting": This conference call is for meetings of up to 25 participants, who need to listen and talk to the each other. The web component allows all participants to view each other’s computer screens (one at a time) to discuss documents, forms and any other uploadable information.
Perfect for traditional meetings and conference calls.
        "Webinar":
This works for presentations that include up to 25 presenters and organizers, interacting with each other on the call. The presentations can be shared with up to 1000 other attendees, who can hear the call but cannot talk to others on the call. The web component allows all participants to view on their desktops a presenter’s computer screen to see and discuss presentations, forms and any other uploadable information. Using the chat or text-messaging feature, all participants may ask each other or the presenter an unlimited number of questions, which can be addressed on the call, through the chat feature or later after the session.
Ideal for seminar-style meetings and training.
